Networking for Researchers: Building Global Research Collaborations
Networking is a cornerstone of successful internationalization. Gain insights into effective networking strategies, with a particular focus on organising international research collaborations and expanding your professional network across different countries and institutions. We focus on research collaborations and the development of international networks.
Lecturer: Dr. Elisabeth Holuscha holds a PhD in Organizational Sociology (University of Marburg) and has extensive experience in internationalizing academic structures. She has worked with science organizations to develop strategies, secure third-party funding, and build global partnerships. Her career includes leadership roles at Project Management Jülich (PtJ) and TH Köln’s International Affairs office, with assignments in New York and São Paulo for UAS7. Additionally, she has collaborated with DAAD in international higher education marketing and served as a reviewer, speaker, and moderator in numerous academic forums.
