Helpdesk - Support

Members of the Trier University of Applied Sciences can ask support questions via the help desk. Please check in advance if your question can be clarified by the information below.

How the help desk works:

  • Sign in with your usual university ID
  • Click on "New ticket" in the top menu bar
  • Then select the category "E-Learning" from the selection field "To:".

We will process your inquiries as soon as possible.
