Welcome to the Business School of Trier University of Applied Sciences!

Every semester we welcome exchange students from all over the world. Within the framework of international student exchange, we maintain various partnerships with universities worldwide. Usually students stay in Trier for one or two semesters and take part in business and language classes in our department. They have the opportunity to participate in courses that are theory-based and have a high practical relevance to the business world. Our dedicated professors have a lot of practical experience in the business world and therefore teach both knowledge and contents which students can integrate into their professional lives in the future.

Study in the oldest city of Germany

Experience a great study atmosphere of Germany's oldest city with more than 2000 years of visible and vivid Roman history that can still be seen today: A total of nine UNESCO world heritage sites are located in Trier. Besides, Trier is characterized by its student life. About 20 % of Trier residents are students. With its diverse gastronomy, vivid music scene, and its short ways, Trier offers a perfect location for an unforgettable study time. Due to its proximity to Luxembourg (45 km) and Belgium (60 km), Trier has a very international flair. Every year, about four million tourists visit Trier and enjoy a variety of different events.

The main campus of Trier University of Applied Sciences, "Schneidershof", is located directly on the steep banks of the Moselle river and offers a wonderful view over Trier. Within a few minutes you can reach the city center from here.

Study Buddies

During our Welcome Week, you will receive an introduction to everyday life at Trier University of Applied Sciences from our Study Buddies.

The Study Buddies are students from Trier who will give you an overview of the campus, the Business School, and of course the city of Trier. They will assist you with course registration and help you settle in quickly.
