Information for international Students

We are grateful that you have chosen Trier University of Applied Sciences as the place for your stay abroad.

However, due to the current situation and the current travel restrictions, we recommend that international students who are planning a study stay at the Hochschule Trier in the summer semester 2020 refrain from travelling to the university until at least 20 April.

The government currently prohibits entry to Germany from designated risk areas, and there are also numerous travel restrictions worldwide. The best thing you can do on site is to wait until the current situation has eased. We hope that this will be the case, but cannot say how the dynamic situation will develop further.

As things stand today, the start of the attendance lectures is planned for April 20. In many of our courses you will have the opportunity to call up virtual content before then. If you would like to start your studies at a later date, we will be happy to support you in all administrative matters such as enrolment, postponement of your stay, finding accommodation, etc. - please contact our International Office by e-mail at aaa(at)hochschule-trier.de or by phone at +49 651 8103 378.
