Data protection

When you submit the completed form, the following personal data will be collected and stored by Trier University of Applied Sciences, Business School:

• Surname, first name
•  Email address
•  Telephone (optional)
•  Previous education
•  Advice on the subject (course of study, vocational qualification, change of university or course of study)
•  Comments
•  Requested appointment

The temporary storage of the data mentioned under (1) serves the following purpose:

•  Making appointments for personal study guidance
•  Sending informational material and notification of events by email

The personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. Data will also be blocked or deleted at the latest when a legally prescribed storage period expires.

In the case of the data mentioned above, the storage period is as follows:

• The user data mentioned under (1) will be stored for 2 years after receipt of the form.

The above personal data will only be passed on within the Business School to the relevant member of staff.
