This workshop has two teachers who supplement each other.
Alexander is a lapidary specialist; Levani a great sculptor in gemstone. In the foreground is a practical understanding of various processing techniques and artistic possibilities of precious stones. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced workshoppers. The aim is to enhance your skills and to discover the soul of stone.

(The gemstone cutting courses in week 1 and week 2 are not identical.)

• Workshop materials and tools supplied by ISA: 
  • cutting, grinding and polishing tools, 
  • some basic stones (if you need more as supplied or like to work with more precious material you will be able to buy it during the workshop).
• Workshop materials and tools supplied by the participant: 
  • rubber boots, working cloths and safety glasses
