Tianyi Liang MFA

"This collection is based on my ‘Leftover Stone Library’, which I created during my MFA at Campus Idar-Oberstein. The process of selection or abandonment of a certain object is a process of creation. It gives the artist God-like power to play with the fate of the objects. The artist Tia explores the underlying and intertwined layers of coincidences of objects and conscious choices which create dramatic new coincidences."
