Three graduates at SCHMUCK 2025

Yiftah Avraham [aka 'Dot Melanin'] (MFA 2016), Nikita Kavryzhkin (MFA 2021) and Julia Obermaier (BFA 2016) were selected for the special show SCHMUCK 2025 at the International Crafts Fair Munich.

The special SCHMUCK show was launched by Herbert Hoffmann in 1959 and has been exhibited annually since 1962 in March at the International Crafts Fair in Munich, the IHM. As part of the exhibition, the Herbert Hoffmann Prize is awarded in the name of the founder to honour three participating entries.

789 applications from 51 countries were submitted for SCHMUCK 2025. A total of 62 entries from 29 countries were selected, including the three graduates of the Gemstone and Jewellery Campus. Their work will be on display during the IHM from 12 - 16 March 2025 in Hall B1 of the Munich exhibition grounds. The award ceremony will take place on Saturday, 15 March at 5 pm. We wish our graduates a lot of success!
